Opened in 1994, National was the first championship course in Belek and the one that put the region on the golf map. It's still one of the most popular rounds in the area.

The course

The original 18 holes were designed by David Feherty and David Jones. It's a tight, tree-lined parkland course, so accuracy matters more than length. The short par-3 2nd, with its island green, is the hole everyone talks about.

A third nine was added in 2016, and the practice facilities are among the best in Belek. National has hosted Ladies European Tour and senior events, and it belongs to the Regnum group, along with Carya next door.

Tips for your round

  • Leave the driver in the bag on the tighter holes: position beats distance here.
  • Use the driving range before your round. It's one of the best in the area.
  • National is one of the closest courses to central Belek, so it's an easy first-day round.
